In order to strengthen its team, Abaco Consulting intends to integrate, over 2020, more than 60 new talents

With 15 years in the market and a team of 250 Employees, spread across offices in Portugal – Lisbon, Porto – Brazil, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Abaco Consulting, a reference company in the implementation and maintenance of SAP information systems, announces that this year it intends to increase its team with the inclusion of 60 new talents.

In 2019, Abaco maintained the growing trend of recruitment processes, in order to implement innovative projects and create new products, always following the main technological trends, one of its strategic priorities. In order to respond to the challenges driven by an increasingly demanding and competitive economy, Abaco Consulting, invests in continuous valuation and in hiring the best talents for its projects. Abaco has placed people as one of its main strategic pillars, investing in the creation of a culture very oriented towards them, promoting proximity, knowledge and the development of their skills.

Abaco Academy was created with the aim to attract and train future talents for Abaco Consulting or in partner companies, endowing them with technical skills in the SAP ERP. In the last year, 8 Career Start Academy Consultants were held, and the training offer for private individuals was extended, now counting, in addition to the Consultant Career Start, with specializations in logistics, finance and Human Capital management, with the Academy considered a reference in the SAP training market.

“In this sense, we believe that the best way to be able to retain our talents is to make them feel at home, that is, to integrate them into our organization and demonstrate that they are a fundamental part for us. It is essential that the employee reviews himself in the company’s organizational culture.”, says Ângela Santos.

In 2020, Abaco Consulting plans to continue investing in its training areas, as well as increasing its teams in more than 60 talents for the different areas of activity, namely: Human Capital Development & Management; Operational Management Controller, Architect & Business Analytics Solutions, as well as for the different consulting areas. These are some of the profiles that the company intends to recruit throughout this year.
