At the technological Abaco Consulting, the massive use of Micrsoft 365 tools, and specifically Teams, allowed employees to work on communication and information sharing, in an even more productive and regular way than before forced teleworking.

“Surprisingly, we did not lower our productivity, but we believe that this was only possible due to our strong culture, the proximity of our leadership and work routines and the factor that allowed things to continue to run normally in terms of work, technology and digitization of the vast majority of our processes, ”says Ângela Santos, board member and responsible for human capital development at Abaco Consulting, a company in the technological sector with around 140 employees in Portugal.
