Abaco Consulting will show at Segurex 2019 (Fil Lisbon, 8-11 May) the latest version of its Heath, Safety and Environment software, inCloud for Safemed.
Safemed already has a solid market share in Portugal, and began its internationalization recently, with a first implementation in a large chemical company in Switzerland. Other references also include the largest company in the area of HSE in Portugal and a leading Food & Beverage business, as well as numerous companies of various sizes.
In this event, Abaco intends to show the new version of Safemed and also the “Canary” module, that allows companies with a high accident rate to be able to anticipate and prevent situations of danger of accident: through sensors placed in the most dangerous areas (especially in areas with hazards chemical, toxic or high temperature), and even wearable sensors such as watches or electronic wristbands, it is possible to constantly monitor (24 × 7) all workers and areas at risk, allowing the first signs of danger to be detected, alerting employees, closest team members and emergency services automatically. It also allows to alert the excessive exposure to risk factors, warning the users and keeping the registry.
This solution was already shown in Web Summit, having been considered by the organization as “Startup Beta” and attracting the attention of the media, customers and partners interested in using the solution, and also inviting Abaco to participate in events such as “Protect 2018 “. Abaco will also be for the first time in June at Safety & Health Expo in London and in November at A + A in Dusseldorf, 2 markets in which Abaco intends to enter during 2019.
